¿Who were the Limas?

The Limas were a society developed between the years 200 to 700 AD.

Their identity is expressed not only in their constructions of clay adobites made by hand and arranged vertically like "a bookcase" but also in the ceremonies and banquets where they consumed shark and made offerings of large ceremonial vessels with designs of waves and sharks, all of this in honor of the sea, the fundamental source of life and origin of the Lima people.

This relationship is also expressed in objects with animal designs, waves and figures related to the sea.
